I was called by a recruiter, and the interview was on a very specific req. It wasn't my desire, so it only lasted 10 minutes. It was straight to the point, very quick. 'Tell me this, do you know this?' There was no time for mistakes.

Cons: This is quite political. The manager just wants to play the rating game to gain outlook. The same project is done and competed by three teams, all trying to gain outlook too.
