Very bad elitist mindset. Some of the questions are things you would have to read up on before an ‘informal’ interview. You can easily note them before the call. Apply if you want to suffer psychological damage. They will make you feel low quality, even though you are more than capable with years of experience. The guy on the phone wants textbook answers and sounds like a snob. These questions are very easy. If they wanted them answered, they should have let us know beforehand to prepare for a quiz. You're better off in a reputable place where they actually care to improve your career, not make you feel bad. You have definitely created and worked on great things.
