Pros: You have a lot of independence as an intern. It's a great first experience working on a small team. Even though it's a big company, you feel your impact.
Cons: I didn't get a sense of company culture while I was there. Maybe my team was particularly lackluster. Although we were co-workers for three months, they still felt like acquaintances.
