Process
Absolute job of a process. The interviewers and recruiters were disconnected from one another and didn't know what I was interviewing for. It turned out I had to take a Software Engineering challenge, similar to what other Software Engineers do, but no Data Science or ML. Also, the recruiter misled candidates on the seniority of the Lead roles.
