The whole process was fine, and the first-round screening was not difficult. It was a LeetCode same algorithm test. I still failed as I had limited time to prepare. It feels like enough time to prepare, with not less than 50 tests on LeetCode, is essential.

Pros: High Salary for a Few Years
Cons: In such a toxic work culture, it's incredibly challenging for individuals with additional responsibilities to thrive. What’s the point of offering mental health sessions after disrupting someone's mental peace in the first place?
Repeated layoffs under the guise of 'poor performance,' while continuously hiring new people just to see who is willing to work 12–15 hours a day, only adds to the instability and emotional strain.

Pros: Nice people to work with. Position 100% remote.
Cons: Didn’t get a great feel for the company. Was part of a mass layoff after less than a year of employment. I left a very good job for them, which was so disappointing. But I did receive a good exit package.
