Cons: I was the only non-Ph.D. on a fully Ph.D. team, which meant I worked on a lot of the ML implementation and productionization, versus model development.

Cons: Didn’t get a great feel for the company. Was part of a mass layoff after less than a year of employment. I left a very good job for them, which was so disappointing. But I did receive a good exit package.

Pros: I love how they make interns work on projects that are relevant to the teams, so it makes you feel valued.
They encourage a very fast-paced learning rate, initiative, and starting beneficial projects on your own.
Cons: The learning curve can be quite steep, especially in the early weeks of your internship.
