The interview was difficult. The first stage was a phone interview with behavioral questions, followed by an online assessment for coding. The technical interview on-site was the hardest; I was asked two LeetCode-type questions which would be classified as "hard".

Pros: Nice people to work with. Position 100% remote.
Cons: Didn’t get a great feel for the company. Was part of a mass layoff after less than a year of employment. I left a very good job for them, which was so disappointing. But I did receive a good exit package.

Cons: I was the only non-Ph.D. on a fully Ph.D. team, which meant I worked on a lot of the ML implementation and productionization, versus model development.
