The process from initial contact to the technical screen, phone screen, and the rest of the interviews took a super long time.
I am still waiting to hear back, and there has been no communication at all.
This leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Pros: Really brilliant coworkers doing amazing things. Some managers really know their tech, so it's very easy to get guidance.
Cons: Too much reorg. People are still on the previous project and get reorged into other teams.
