Amazing interview experience.
I've given so many interviews in the past months, but the best process I've seen was with Facebook. They have everything sorted. The recruiters are the best in the industry. Kudos for this amazing experience.
Only a slight negative was that they seem to be in "window shopping" mode and don't think they want to hire anyone. I had a great interview, yet they said they are looking for more skills. Not sure what that means.
