Cons: It's too early for me to tell. I hear rumblings that justifying code cleanup can be difficult since there's no neat metric for it.

Pros: • Transparent and flat environment.
• Very good work environment and state-of-the-art work devices (MacBook Pro, iPhone, etc.).
• Awesome free food.
• Competitive salary, around 5-6K (after deduction of taxes).
• You are kind of free to work where you think you perform best.
Cons: - The internship plan/project wasn't clear. There was almost nothing in it, and I figured out some projects to work on.
- The evaluation scheme for the internship was a disaster too. It was more of a like/hate evaluation rather than a good/bad performance in the project.
