The interview process consists of three rounds.

First round: An OA (online assessment) with about 20 questions on basic Linux commands.

Second round: Coding skills, covering topics such as I/O, Python script testing, and reading/processing CSV files.

Last round: System design questions, for example, "What happens if you push the button to boot the Linux system?"

Pros: Very flat org structure. You get to decide on projects and direction directly with your fellow engineers. Great people (this is the first place where I was able to learn from others), great perks and pay. Everybody is onboard with the company's mission.

Cons: The office is in Menlo Park, pretty far from SF.

Pros: Very flat org structure. You get to decide on projects and direction directly with your fellow engineers. Great people (this is the first place where I was able to learn from others), great perks and pay. Everybody is onboard with the company's mission.

Cons: The office is in Menlo Park, pretty far from SF.
