During the call, the recruiter asked some basic System Administration questions.
At the end of the interview, I was asked for my availability for a coding interview.
The coding interview focused on algorithms, and I had to solve three problems.

Pros: The culture and environment are amazing. Everyone is empowered and responsible. There are no politics or overly restrictive processes, and no oppressive management oversight.
Cons: The pace can be exhausting. It can be very stressful. You have to get used to all the media attention and mudslinging.

Pros: You get a lot of autonomy and are trusted to make the right decision. High performance is expected, but it is also recognized and rewarded with promotions/raises.
Very interesting and diverse technical challenges. If something is broken, you're free to work with other teams on stuff that affects your team.
No BS attitude and not much politics happening at the office.
Cons: With all perks you get, some people lose themselves and forget to do their job - that's a quick way to get fired.
Not a good place if you don't like changes or learning new stuff all the time.

Pros: A great place to work. A well-distributed culture of seeking impact and keeping productive, which, along with a considered hiring approach, means that everyone you encounter is bright and eager to help you get things done. A low-touch management style is encouraged, with a focus on growth and getting blockers out of the way.
Cons: High public visibility when you cause the site to crash.
No 401(k) match.
Hard to keep up with all that is going on.
