Process
The interview process was very interesting. My recruiter was very nice to me and helped me throughout the entire process, answering all my questions. The interviews were average in difficulty, and the interviewer explained everything to me, making sure that I understood the problem and guided me with my answers.
Questions

They provide any support you need to work better: health, hobbies, education, seminars, clubs, happy hours...Cons: You may be in a corrupt organization that tries to eliminate you. Do not blame yourself for not being enough. Do not complain; just change your team/organization, otherwise you will be on their blacklist! They try to provide a diverse work environment, but be ready to deal with emotionally less intelligent people anyways. They say "bring your authentic self to work," but it is not appreciated. Be careful.
