Process
I applied online, and the process took two weeks. I interviewed for a new grad role.
The process was:
- Recruiter Screen
- Technical Screen 1st round: Basic PE. In this round, I was asked about System Design theoretically.
- 2nd round: Coding PE with two questions. The first one was DSA (Valid Abbreviation), and the second one was File Handling (Dinosaur leg length and speed problem).
I could not solve the file handling question and got rejected.

Pros: They give a lot of great opportunities and have a stable organization. The leadership is driven and transparent for such a large organization. You are rewarded for your work.
Cons: It can get tedious sometimes. A lot of problems are solved, so making an impact is difficult at first. You need to hunt for ways to make an impact.

Pros: Still decent meals, good drinks.
Cons: Pay is not competitive to startups nowadays. They try to down-level when possible. Bad snacks and a micro-kitchen with no freshly squeezed orange juice.
