The extensive, five-round interview process, spanning over a month, was met with anticipation. However, the lack of feedback left a disappointing and frustrating impression.
My experience with this interview process, while initially promising, ultimately proved disheartening. I learned the importance of effective communication and the need for constructive feedback during hiring.
