Production Engineer Interview Experience - Dublin, Ireland

Process

Several phone interviews were quite technical and enjoyable. After the fourth call, I was invited to the Dublin Facebook office, which, quite frankly, looks dated and not as inspiring as one would hope. I was being interviewed for a role in San Francisco, so I didn't really mind.

The five "1 on 1" interviews went pretty fast but could be somewhat exhausting. Attitudes ranged from very friendly to somewhat hostile.

Pros: The classic FAANG perks, the sick campus, the IMPACT.

Cons: The fact that the CEO keeps getting dragged in front of Congress to answer for calamities FB policies enable is a bit of a downer, I will say.
