Process
I made it to the onsite. The interviewer was very pushy, and they would always say I am wrong before I even finished the sentence. It was the worst interview ever. The other interviews went decently, but I guess I was too bad at system design.

Pros: - Growth is good.
- Lots of smart people.
- If you have a good idea, you can likely build it if you get some support.
Cons: - 6-month PSC cycle with a 15-20% "Below Expectations" quota can stress people out.
- Not the best work-life balance (45 hours per week, very intense).
