The interview process involved:

• One discussion with a "sourcer"
• One discussion with a "recruiter"
• One phone screen (also known as a coding interview)
• One full loop, consisting of:
  • Two coding interviews
  • Two system design interviews
  • One project retrospective
  • One soft-skills assessment

This was undeniably the worst interview experience I've ever had. A coding interviewer posed questions in a language I never claimed to know. The same interviewer pressed me to provide time and space complexity before I had begun to solve the problem. Neither of the system design interviews were structured anything like the preparation materials suggested. The recruiter took 10 days to follow up after our initial conversation and never answered any of my questions. There was no postmortem discussion with my recruiter. I finally learned my fate from someone else five full weeks after the full loop interviews.
