Process
Very academic, with questions that tested recall rather than understanding. The focus was not on thinking and problem-solving. I believe the process favors recent graduates over experienced engineers.

Lots of freedom, but constantly changing goals
Data Engineer • Former Employee
Seattle, Washington, United States
December 14, 2022
Pros: Great pay, lots of autonomy, and the ability to choose teams and projects you want to work on.
Cons: Goals constantly change. I would spend a month planning project roadmaps for the next half only to have the roadmaps thrown out two weeks later. All employees were expected to do their jobs and take on side projects to get good performance reviews, which leads to a bad work/life balance.
