Pros: Facebook TLV has a great culture. To me, this is above the benefits, which are, of course, high for the market. You get the feeling that you are valued and that what you do matters. In addition, the WFH new policy allows me to have a better WLB, which I haven't had before.
Cons: Right now, I can't think of any.
