Senior Software Engineer Interview Experience - London, United Kingdom
Process
A recruiter called me and set up an online coding test.
One of the "super geeks" called me from the Facebook London office and asked me to create a function in any programming language.
The key part is that the coding environment was a plain text editor with no syntax highlighting. You had to perform and execute your code in your brain.
