The recruiting team was very organized from day 1 to the end of the process. They provided clear information on:

• How the process would unfold
• Helper materials
• A webinar session to clarify any questions
• Next steps and who I would be in touch with

Accommodation was great, offering a very convenient stay. The welcome the next morning was also very organized.

The interview process included:

• Two programming sessions (moderate level).
• One behavioral session (very good communication and chat for 45 minutes).
• A lunch break with another engineer.
• Two design sessions (moderate level).

All the interviewers were helpful, except for one engineering lead during a design session. This particular session seemed to cause the interview to fail, as the interviewer concentrated on solving hash logic instead of evaluating the overall design approach and maturity. Design sessions are crucial for observing a candidate's breadth of skills. By focusing on a basic or very detailed part of the design, the interviewer was unable to assess other important areas.
