Process
The first phase is a 1-hour online coding test with two developers. It features one easy-level LeetCode question.
On-site interviews are a totally different level. Don't believe the "we're looking at how you think" kind of statements. You have 30 minutes to perfectly answer two medium-level LeetCode questions. If you don't provide an optimal solution, you're out, as simple as that. It's not the difficulty of the questions, but the speed at which you need to solve them that matters.
The only good part is that they give you very detailed feedback on what you did right and wrong.
Oh, and they will tell you they'll call you in half a year. They won't.
