Pros: Facebook is a fantastic place to work. They care about their employees and have a compelling culture around support and growth. There are plenty of career growth opportunities. Some of the key pros, in my opinion:

* Wide selection of teams
* Learning opportunities
* Compensation
* Impressive engineering tooling
Cons: There can be a huge learning curve, and sometimes you might have to put in extra hours.
