I was rejected in the phone screen round. The question that was asked was not very well-defined. The problem was changed after some time, after I gave a generic solution, the interviewer realized that the problem was too hard. I could only solve one problem. I was not accepted on the grounds of speed, as they expected me to solve two problems in 40 minutes.

Pros: Had some of my best engineering accomplishments at Meta. Get to work on products that have high impact. If you are someone who enjoys working in fast-paced environments, this is the place for you to be. There's lots of empathy in the employees and managers around in different orgs.
Cons: The review cycle is a nightmare and makes it into a very competitive and stressful environment. The whole layoff debacle really added a lot of stress to people and was handled poorly by leads.
