One phone call and one onsite interview followed. The phone call interview was pretty easy. The recruiter was kind and friendly, doing regular follow-ups and sending me prep material. The onsite interviewers were nice, except for the first guy who couldn't communicate well in English.

Pros: Great engineers, great benefits.
Cons: - Useless leadership and managers.
- Bottom-up culture doesn't work well on scale.
- Short-term thinking, buggy products, impact/metric-driven incentives.
- Everyone thinks about ways to maximize their bonus rather than thinking about product quality.
- Engineers are mostly code monkeys. There's not much opportunity for system design at scale. Everyone is supposed to product code, and every line is counted and impacts the reviews.
