Cool, but overall not healthy
Senior Software Engineer • Former Employee
London, England, United Kingdom
March 25, 2024
Pros: Great company with many established processes and amazing people working there. The company treats employees well with high salaries and stock options.
Cons: As everything is established, it is hard to challenge and change some processes. While the company has amazing people onboard, there are also personalities who know the rules and play their role by the corporate rules. Impostors.
