The interview presented a basic coding question. It was challenging but fair.
I was guided by a senior engineer, who was very nice and straightforward. While I solved the majority of the question, I wasn't able to truly hit it out of the park, which is likely what they were looking for.

Pros: Highest total compensation, mainly because of stock appreciation.
Cons: Horrible tech stack and code. Toxic because of the PSC. Top-down deadlines without listening to feedback on the actual time it would take to implement something. Everyone pushes things down and washes their hands of it, covering their backs however they can.
Total lack of diversity. Only two main groups where I am.
