Process
The first phone interview was with Facebook. The interviewer, who seemed to be of Indian origin, first asked me to give a background introduction. I started by introducing my background and the projects I had worked on.
After three minutes, he stopped me and said, "Let's code." We used CollabEdit for the coding exercise. It took a bit of time to set it up (it would have been better to set it up earlier and practice coding on it).
The whole process was good. He gave me hints when I got stuck.
