Pros: Paid well and the benefits were good.

Cons: Director I worked under was a bigot. Seemed openly biased against black and Hispanic candidates I'd bring. She would basically flirt with engineers to get work done and told us to be more *popular*. On a work trip, she *joked* we should go cheat on our partners during the trip. This was alongside providing next to nothing as a manager. Zero real leadership, goals, just random chaos trips that seemed to have the goal of just messing with us. Layoffs in the org ended up only targeting men on the XFN side and mostly women on the engineering side.

Pros: Salary and benefits provided by the company.

Cons: long hours, challenging projects and constant reorg

Pros: Amazing perks, and you get to work on one of the biggest apps in the world.

Cons: It's all about PSC. You can be doing the best work, but if it does not look good on a piece of paper, it does not matter. Quantity over quality.
