Applied through a referral. It was just the initial phone screen.
The interviewer was calm and nice. We started with introductions, and then proceeded to coding on the online collaborator. After two questions, the interviewer asked if I had any questions. We spoke for a while and realized we were out of time.

Pros: Lots of freedom to choose what you want to work on. Also, the company does its best to ensure you have everything you need to do your job really well. And a bunch of very smart people to work with.
Cons: Too much ambiguity. If you are someone that expects to be told what to work on and what needs to be done, this ain't the place for you.
