Had a phone interview which consisted of very basic programming questions. The interviewer was very nice, but wasn't sharing any information on why I didn't pass the interview. I think that the interview looks for attention to detail rather than creativity or "smartness".

Cons: - Lots of land grabbing and empire building.
- Engineers have very little control over the directions of their projects, nor over their career paths.
