The first step was a phone screen coding interview, after which I was invited to an onsite interview. The process was fast, but I took 5 weeks to prepare for the onsite part.

Pros: Facebook is very flexible. You get to work on many projects there. The team is very young and dynamic, and the work is very challenging.
Cons: Facebook gives you a hard time when it comes to working hours. You need to put in a lot of effort, as many responsibilities will be on you, so it will be tough.
