Recruiter reached out. Perfect OA. Rejected two days afterwards. Disappointing, but that's how tech recruiting works unfortunately. Fast and clean process, though, and the OA wasn't terribly difficult (easy or medium LeetCode questions).

One phone interview, with a quick coding exercise and a conversation. I was asked about the details of my resume and my prior work experience, and I also did a pair-coding session online trying to solve a coding challenge.

Overall, the recruiting process was very smooth and enjoyable. All the recruiters were very helpful and responsive. I was first contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn. I scheduled the phone interview approximately four months after being contacted.
