Pros: Good interview.
Had a 10-minute interview.
Cons: I had a 10-minute interview with a recruiter. How can you learn anything about anyone in 10 minutes? I had no ability to ask any questions or really tell her anything about my background. When I asked for feedback on what went wrong, I was ignored, which is pretty unprofessional.

Pros: - Great learning opportunities
- High degree of freedom
- Strong sense of ownership
Cons: - Some managers aren't really manager material, but just did a lateral switch for the wrong reasons.
- Despite having some truly exceptional people, there are a number of new hires that are subpar.
- Work-life balance varies immensely across teams, from very relaxed (10-6, Mon-Fri) to very ridiculous (12h+, 6+ days a week).
