Software Engineer Interview Experience - London, United Kingdom
Process
I was approached directly by an internal recruiter.
Then, I had a CoderPad interview over BlueJeans.
The recruiter sent an email afterward stating, "We have decided not to move forward with your candidacy."
After I asked for any sort of feedback, here is their quote: "It is company policy that we cannot provide detailed feedback due to compliance."
I then asked what sort of compliance was blocking the sharing of feedback on me with myself. There was no reply.
