Initial interview: 1 hour with an easy to medium problem.
Onsite (remotely): medium to hard problem.
Overall, the whole process is very welcoming, and the majority of people assisting are very friendly and helpful. However, the feedback is very brief, quick, and focused on negative aspects (and I solved all tasks except one).
Google encourages you to grow and re-apply; Facebook does the opposite.
