It was ok, nothing too special. There were two algorithm questions, and then a system design/architectural interview. This was followed by a meeting with the team. Then there was also a round with HR, where they were still very keen to ask the same old questions.

Plus, the benefits are incredible.
Cons: Performance review cycles can be stressful, and you're surrounded by very talented engineers, so it's difficult not to feel imposter syndrome sometimes.

Pros: Facebook has some of the greatest perks and greatest challenges to deal with. Facebook and its other social media apps are really THE social platform for world communication. With over 2.2 billion users served on a monthly basis, the work you do here really scales. You can have so much impact on so many lives.
Cons: It's a lot of work to keep up. Things move SO fast at Facebook that you constantly feel a sense of FOMO (fear of missing out).
Things change quickly, and you have to always be on your toes.
