Pros: The culture is amazing. They will work hard to find you something to work on that fits your passions and lets you make a huge impact. No corporate BS. Great people.
Cons: It would have been really, really cool to join six years ago when they were really small, but they're still growing super fast.

Pros: Opportunity to work with very bright people (the best in the industry).
Freedom to discuss my work with any Facebook full-time employee (interns included).
Fantastic free meals available three times a day, free snacks and drinks available 24 hours a day.
Free on-site gym and laundry services through Purple Tie.
Cons: Most of my work, I am unable to discuss with anyone outside of the company. (Not unusual in this industry.)
