Was referred by a current employee and contacted by the recruiter pretty soon. After a few basic screening questions, two phone interviews were scheduled. Each interview lasted 45 minutes, with 5 minutes for additional questions.

The same applies to the on-site part, but there are four interviews: Generic, Design, and two Coding-related. The basic scheme is to check your background, get a view of your previous jobs, and then talk about technical problems.

The recruiter and all the interviewers were really nice and helpful. It was a real pleasure to be interviewed here.

Except for technical-related questions, you can expect ones like:

• What are the problems with it?
• How would you fix it?
