I was contacted by a recruiter for a general discussion about my career goals. When she learned that I had other offers, the process was expedited.
I went through a phone screen and was then brought onsite.
The interviewers were all very friendly. I didn't feel like I was being judged, and there was lots of positive energy from them.
The coding questions weren't particularly difficult, though the pirate design interview was more challenging and fun.
