Pros: I quit in 2013, so I don't think my experience is very relevant.
Cons: At the time, there were 2,000 people. Now, it's about 14x that, I think. I doubt it's at all comparable.

Pros: - Really smart people to work with.
- Culture of empowerment.
- Freedom to do what makes the most sense.
- Tons of challenging problems and opportunities.
Cons: There are a couple of old-timer employees here and there who're no longer effective or productive because the company's growth has outstripped their abilities. This leads to a couple of oddities in some parts of the company. It's pretty rare, though, and not a major problem.
