Pros: With the right team, you will have a great experience.
Amenities:
* Good pay structure
Cons: The company doesn't feel like it has direction. There's a lot of cross-organizational overlap. All projects come from the developer, so it is a constant struggle to justify why you are working on what you are working.

Good benefits, but managers are the worst, and many employees have unbelievable egos

Pros: Good benefits, good buildings, good food, good perks.
Cons: Managers are terrible. Many folks have weird egos. Yes, you work for Meta. That probably means you worked hard, but it does not mean anything for you as a person.

Meta ain't the old Facebook

Pros: - You get to work on some apps that everyone uses.
- Internal tooling is good, but this can be a con, as this doesn't translate to industry standards.
- Compensation and benefits.
- Office is cool, I guess (but you rarely have time to enjoy it).
Cons: Culture has quickly soured since the start of 2025, and it's gotten real bad real fast.
Management is very opaque about decisions, especially when it comes to people (firings/layoffs/benefit cuts/etc.).
Performance reviews? Just Google "PSC Meta" and read up on it.
