Software Engineer Interview Experience - Menlo Park, California
Process
I applied through a recruiter. The process took three months.
There were four loop rounds:
- Two DSA rounds
- One behavioral round
- One HLD round
I got a strong hire in three rounds except for HLD, so I had to redo the HLD round. I cleared the redo round. However, I did not go to team matching due to the STEM-OPT visa. The company has a policy that they don't hire on STEM-OPT, although my result is valid for a year. This felt like a bummer.
