Pros: Great facility and perks.
Competitive compensation.
Cons: The company is too big, and communications are valued far more importantly than technical skills. An impact-focused culture makes the management reward people who spend more time talking or writing docs and having meetings. It's getting more and more political. The hack culture is fading.
