Got an interview call through an employee referral. But the HR was slow in replying. She took almost two weeks to reply after my email. Then, after a good amount of struggle, she arranged a technical interview. The coding questions were easy, but the major problem was the language/accent barrier. It was difficult to understand what the interviewer was talking.
