Pros: Awesome mentorship, feedback, really smart engineers to work with, interesting problems, and everything is super well documented at Meta.
Cons: A little too much emphasis on performance review cycles. It seems like anything anyone does is done to maximize that rating. Some teams have bad work-life balance.
