Process

Contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn.

Passed between three different recruiters.

Did a phone screen.

Did five hours of onsite interviews.

Received no feedback from the recruiter.

Emailed the recruiter twice over several days before receiving a reply.

The recruiter replied that they wanted to conduct another 45-minute interview.

Set up a time for a call with the recruiter to schedule and discuss the process.

At this point, I had never met the recruiter, as I was greeted for the onsite by yet another recruiter.

The recruiter did not call at the designated time or follow up via email.

Had to email the recruiter.

I gave up.

Already wasn't willing to do another interview.

How can your process be so broken that you can't decide yes or no after six hours of interviews?

If you need another interview, it's a no.
