Cons: Every engineer, regardless of level, works more independently than at most other companies. This can be a challenge for people fresh out of college with no industry experience.

Pros: I mean, it's Meta. There are obviously a lot of talented people here, and it opens a lot of doors. Startups reach out to you a lot.
Cons: Boring, slow, a lot of people are there just for promotion/money.
