I am coming from an academic background, and Meta was my first ever industry interview. I didn't even know about LeetCode.
My LinkedIn profile was picked up by the recruiter, and I was scheduled for an interview. I was expecting to go through my resume and discuss my experience, but it was nothing like that.
The interviewer came and asked me to share my screen. She wrote a problem that involved some string manipulation. I froze; I had never coded with a shared screen before.
So, please practice a lot from LeetCode.
